1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TicketDeal at ticketdeal.app you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our platform. TicketDeal reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. What TicketDeal Is
TicketDeal is a ticket price discovery and comparison platform. We help fans find information about live event tickets across multiple third party ticket marketplaces. TicketDeal does not sell tickets directly, does not hold ticket inventory, and is not a licensed ticket broker or reseller. All ticket purchases are completed on the third party platform of the fan's choosing.
3. Third Party Platforms
TicketDeal works with third party ticket marketplaces including but not limited to Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats, and TickPick. When you click through to purchase tickets you are leaving TicketDeal and entering a third party platform governed by that platform's own terms of service, privacy policy, and purchase conditions. TicketDeal is not responsible for any transaction, dispute, or issue that arises on a third party platform. All sales, refunds, and customer service inquiries related to ticket purchases must be directed to the platform where the purchase was made.
4. Pricing and Accuracy
TicketDeal displays pricing information sourced from third party platforms via official APIs and partner data feeds. Prices shown on TicketDeal are estimates and may differ from the final price shown at checkout on the third party platform due to real time inventory changes, fee structures, or promotional pricing. TicketDeal makes no guarantee that any price displayed is the final or lowest available price. Always verify the final price on the third party platform before completing your purchase.
5. Affiliate Relationships
TicketDeal participates in affiliate programs with third party ticket platforms. When you click a link on TicketDeal and complete a purchase on a third party platform TicketDeal may earn a referral commission from that platform. This commission is paid by the platform and never by the fan. Affiliate relationships do not influence the prices shown on TicketDeal or the order in which options are displayed. Our goal is always to show fans the most accurate and complete information available.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on TicketDeal including but not limited to the TicketDeal name, logo, blog content, and platform design is the property of TicketDeal and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Third party platform names, logos, and trademarks referenced on TicketDeal are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use TicketDeal for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or harvest data from the platform, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation. TicketDeal reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TicketDeal is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law TicketDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your inability to access the platform including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages resulting from ticket purchases made on third party platforms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
