TicketDeal at ticketdeal.app is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using TicketDeal you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

TicketDeal collects the following types of information:

• Email address — collected when you join our waitlist or sign up for early access. We use this solely to notify you about TicketDeal updates and your early access status.
• Usage data — we may collect anonymized data about how you use the platform including pages visited, search queries entered, and links clicked. This data is used to improve the platform experience and is never sold to third parties.
• Cookies — TicketDeal may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on the platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the TicketDeal platform, to send you updates about your waitlist status and early access, to analyze platform usage and improve the fan experience, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Ever.

When you click a link to a third party ticket platform from TicketDeal that platform may place cookies on your device to track whether a purchase is completed for the purpose of paying TicketDeal a referral commission. This tracking is conducted by the third party platform under their own privacy policy. TicketDeal does not have access to your payment information or personal data entered on third party platforms.

TicketDeal links to third party ticket platforms including Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats, and TickPick. Once you leave TicketDeal and visit a third party platform your activity is governed by that platform's privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any platform you visit through TicketDeal.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry standard encryption. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your email address for as long as you are on the TicketDeal waitlist or have an active account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@ticketdeal.app and we will remove your information within 30 days.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send.

TicketDeal is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 please contact us immediately at hello@ticketdeal.app

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email. Continued use of TicketDeal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
